Paul Henry Danylewich
Paul Henry Danylewich is the director of The White Tiger Group, a professional security consulting group that specializes in personal safety issues for women. The group offers women’s self defense programs to colleges and high schools throughout parts of Canada and the United States. Paul has been actively involved in researching issues related to rape and sexual aggression for over ten years. He has written articles which have been published by major magazines such as Canadian Living, Blue Line Magazine and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Gazette Magazine. He is the author of FEARLESS: The Complete Personal Safety Guide for Women, published by the University of Toronto Press. Paul has been active in martial arts and specialized self defense maneuvers for women since 1990.
Paul holds a university degree in sociology and education and a post-graduate degree in adult education from Concordia University in Montreal. Over the years, Paul has trained thousands of women throughout North America. He often speaks to teachers and police officers on topics related to personal safety, self defense, school and workplace violence reduction strategies at major conferences. He has been a featured guest safety lecturer at Arizona State University twice.
Mr. Danylewich has been certified by the New York State Crime Prevention Coalition as a Crime Prevention Specialist. Paul has appeared on television, radio and in newspapers across Canada and the United States. His safety advice has been featured in many well known publications including the Chicago Tribune, Toronto Star, and Las Vegas Sun.
Paul is regarded by many American and Canadian media sources as an expert in personal safety issues. He has appeared frequently as a guest safety expert on CTV and NBC television networks.
